As 2025 begins, we wanted to celebrate all of our wins in 2024! We are so proud of our lab and look forward to another year of amazing research.
We travelled all around the world, sharing our findings at conferences. Members of the lab travelled to Colombia, South Korea, the United States, and across Canada. At these conferences, we presented our findings 21 times.
We also got to publish our research in journals 19 times this year!
In 2024, our research scanner at the Alberta Children’s Hospital underwent an upgrade to the GE UHP Scanner! Since the launch of our new scanner in May, our lab collected 111 datasets in 2024. These datasets were for our Pregnancy During the Pandemic, Brain and Mental Health, Bioenergetics of Brain, Body and Mind, and Contemporary Issues in Pregnancy studies!
